- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup chili sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cups lettuce

- 1
Cut the 1.5 lb chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 0.5 cup cornstarch, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper.
- 2
In another bowl, whisk 1 egg with 0.5 cup water. Dip chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
