Ingredients

  • 2 rounds pita bread (2 rounds)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 whole English cucumber, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Tear pita into bite-sized pieces. Spread on a skillet over medium-high heat, tossing occasionally, until golden and crispy, about 4 minutes.

    Transfer pita chips to a plate. Toss romaine, tomatoes, and cucumber in a large bowl with salt and pepper.

    Whisk lemon juice, sumac, and olive oil together in a small bowl until combined.
