Ingredients
- 1 box frozen phyllo cups (mini tartlets, 2.1 oz box)
- 3 whole large eggs
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp ground white pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange frozen phyllo cups on a sheet pan.

Crack eggs into a bowl. Add milk, sugar, vanilla, and white pepper.
