Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen mini phyllo tart shells (12 count)
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.

    Whisk eggs, condensed milk, cream, vanilla, and nutmeg in a bowl until smooth.

    Pour custard into each shell until just below the rim, filling evenly.
