Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen edamame (in pods)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chili oil (or chili crisp)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- ½ count lemon
Instructions

Spread frozen edamame on a sheet pan. Drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil and toss to coat evenly.

Roast at 425°F for 10 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through. Pods should look golden and slightly blistered.

Remove from oven. Scatter minced garlic over the edamame and stir quickly to distribute.
