Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen edamame (in pods)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chili oil (or chili crisp)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • ½ count lemon

Instructions

    Spread frozen edamame on a sheet pan. Drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil and toss to coat evenly.

    Roast at 425°F for 10 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through. Pods should look golden and slightly blistered.

    Remove from oven. Scatter minced garlic over the edamame and stir quickly to distribute.

    Drizzle chili oil over the top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Toss gently to coat.

    Squeeze lemon juice over everything. Serve hot in a bowl.
