Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb sweet potatoes, medium
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 whole lime (zested + juiced)
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.

    Cut sweet potatoes lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick batons, then pat dry with paper towels.

    Toss fries with olive oil, chili powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

    Spread in a single layer on the sheet pan. Roast for 18–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until edges are dark and crispy.
