Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 whole egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil spray

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Slice each chicken breast lengthwise into 4–5 strips roughly 0.75 inches thick.

Mix panko, garlic powder, paprika, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper in a shallow bowl.

Whisk egg in another shallow bowl. Dip each tender in egg, then coat both sides in panko mix.
