Ingredients

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 whole lemon
- ¼ cup Japanese mayonnaise or regular mayo
