Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 whole (6-inch) baguette, crusty
  • ¾ cup pickled vegetables (carrots, daikon, cucumber)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ whole jalapeño, sliced thin
  • ½ whole lime

Instructions

    Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread mayo inside both halves evenly.
