Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs russet potatoes
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella or queso fresco, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 whole eggs
- 3 cups neutral oil for frying
- ½ cup guava paste or hot honey (for serving)
