Ingredients
- 8 count flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 1 can (15 oz) canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
