Ingredients

  • 4 ounces beef cutlets (thin-sliced, pounded if thick)
  • 3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Pecorino Romano
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ tsp pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 leaves fresh basil leaves

Instructions

    Mix panko, Pecorino, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

    Lay cutlets on a cutting board, divide filling evenly, and roll tightly from the short end.

    Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

    Sear each braciole 90 seconds per side without moving, until golden brown.

    Pour marinara around the braciole, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 6–8 minutes covered.

    Tear basil over the top and serve immediately with crusty bread.
