Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1.5 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

    Drape each tortilla over an oven-safe bowl. Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, 6–8 minutes until no pink remains.

    Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Simmer 2 minutes until fragrant.

    Place a crispy tortilla bowl on each plate. Layer lettuce inside, then top with seasoned beef.

    Scatter cheese and tomatoes over beef. Dollop with sour cream and serve immediately.
