Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 whole flour tortillas (6-inch)
- ½ whole lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Slice each tortilla into thin strips. Working in batches, fry in hot oil until golden and crisp, 2–3 minutes.

Transfer tortilla strips to a paper towel; season with salt.

Add 1 tbsp oil to the same skillet over medium-high heat.

Brown ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.
