Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 whole flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup salsa

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add tortillas one at a time and fry 30 seconds per side until golden and crispy.

Immediately drape each tortilla over an oven-safe bowl to form a shell. Let cool 2 minutes, then carefully remove.

Add beef to the same skillet. Cook over medium-high, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Simmer 1 minute until sauce coats the beef.
