Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup tortilla chips
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup salsa
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 whole lime

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers, ~90 seconds.

Add ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Cook, stirring occasionally, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Simmer until the mixture is fragrant and coats the beef, ~1 minute.
