Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1.5 cups tortilla strips (fried or baked)
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking apart with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

Sprinkle taco seasoning over beef and stir to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
