  • 10 oz beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 whole fresh Thai chilies (or jalapeños), thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. 1

  3. 3

Stir and cook 1 minute more until no pink remains. Transfer to a plate.

  4. 4

In the same skillet, add chilies and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. 5

Pour in soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. Return beef to pan and toss to coat.
