- 3 cups tortilla chips (preferably thick-cut)
- 1 cup salsa verde
- ¼ cup white onion, finely diced
- 1 whole jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1 whole lime
- 2 whole eggs
- ¼ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
