Ingredients

  • 2 sheets frozen roti or paratha sheets
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

    Slice banana into 1/4-inch rounds. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high until foaming.

    Add banana slices and brown sugar. Cook 2 minutes stirring gently until caramelized and edges soften.

    Transfer banana to a plate. Lay out first roti sheet. Spoon banana down the center.

    Roll roti tightly. Heat remaining 1 tbsp butter in the skillet over medium-high until shimmering.
