Ingredients
- 6 sheets Phyllo dough sheets
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 3 count Apples, medium
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- ¼ cup Raisins or currants

Peel and slice apples into thin matchsticks. Toss with 2 tbsp sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.

Mix cottage cheese with 1 tbsp sugar until combined.

Lay one phyllo sheet on a work surface. Brush lightly with melted butter. Layer two more sheets, brushing each.

Spread half the cottage cheese along the long edge, leaving a 2-inch border. Top with half the apple mixture.

Roll tightly from the filled edge, tucking in the sides as you go. Transfer seam-side down to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Repeat with remaining phyllo, butter, cheese, and apples. Brush both rolls with remaining butter.
