Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella ball or string cheese
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 whole egg
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cups shredded carrot and cabbage (coleslaw mix)
- ½ cup marinara sauce

Cut mozzarella into 8 sticks about 2.5 inches long. Pat each with a paper towel until dry.

Set up three bowls: flour in one, beaten egg in another, panko mixed with a pinch of salt in the third.

Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then egg, then panko, pressing gently so it adheres. Place on a plate.
