Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried rosemary

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix 1.5 cups flour, 0.5 tsp salt, and 1 tsp dried rosemary.

Add 0.5 cup water and 2 tbsp olive oil. Stir until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Roll the dough out very thin, about 1/8 inch thick, on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking sheet.

Brush the surface with a little extra olive oil and sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
