Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

In a blender, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp melted butter, and 0.25 tsp salt. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

Heat a 9 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 0.5 tsp butter and swirl to coat. Pour in 0.25 cup batter, tilting the pan to spread it thinly.

Cook until the edges look dry and the bottom is golden, about 1 minute. Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds until lightly spotted. Repeat with remaining batter, adding butter as needed.

Fold each crepe into quarters and place on a plate. Dust generously with 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Serve warm.
