Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1

In a blender, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp melted butter, and 0.25 tsp salt. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

Heat a 9 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 0.5 tsp butter and swirl to coat. Pour in 0.25 cup batter, tilting the pan to spread it thinly.

  3. 3

Cook until the edges look dry and the bottom is golden, about 1 minute. Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds until lightly spotted. Repeat with remaining batter, adding butter as needed.

  4. 4

Fold each crepe into quarters and place on a plate. Dust generously with 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Serve warm.
