Ingredients
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk (full-fat canned)
- ½ cup crispy fried shallots
- 1 piece ginger (thumb-sized, minced)
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro or Thai basil
- 1 lime lime (zested + juiced)
