Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour (or ground roasted chickpeas)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ medium onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp berbere spice blend (or cayenne + paprika)

Instructions
