Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- ¾ cup wild rice blend
- 2 stalks celery, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 2 medium carrots, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 6 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add butter, then celery and carrots. Sauté 3 minutes until slightly softened.

Pour in broth and wild rice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes until rice is tender.

Stir in shredded chicken, cream, and thyme sprigs. Simmer 2 minutes until heated through and fragrant.
