Ingredients

  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil and parsley, chopped
  • 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)

Instructions

    Pat artichoke hearts dry with a paper towel, then chop into 0.25-inch pieces.

    Add cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella to a medium bowl.
