Ingredients

  • 4 count flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup salsa (mild or medium)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

    Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese evenly across it, leaving a 1-inch border.

    Spoon 3 tbsp salsa over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle 2 tbsp shredded cheddar on top.

    Scatter a pinch of cilantro over the filling if using. Repeat with remaining 3 tortillas.

    Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, keeping pressure consistent to seal.

    Slice each roll crosswise into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife with a gentle sawing motion.

    Arrange on a plate seam-side down. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.
