Ingredients
- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 4 ears of corn and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.

While the corn is hot, brush each ear with the 2 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle with the 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper.

Insert a wooden skewer into one end of each ear for easy handling. Serve warm.
