Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 475°F. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven now; otherwise, use a baking sheet.

  2. 2

On a floured surface, stretch or roll the 1 lb pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.

  3. 3

Brush the dough with 1 tbsp olive oil, then spread 0.5 cup pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.

  4. 4

Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Scatter 1 cup corn kernels, 3 oz pepperoni slices, and 0.5 cup sliced black olives on top.

  5. 5

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned in spots.

  6. 6

Let cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
