Ingredients

  • 8 whole large eggs
  • ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup diced ham or bacon, cooked
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter for greasing
