Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 oz hot water (not boiling)
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 6 oz unsweetened coconut milk (canned or carton)
  • 4 count ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour hot water into a small bowl or mug. Add matcha powder and sweetener.

    Whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk or fork until powder dissolves and mixture froths, ~60 seconds.
