Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) condensed sweetened milk
  • 2 whole lime (zested and juiced)
  • 8 slices for garnish lime slices

Instructions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until resembles wet sand.

    Press firmly into an 8x8-inch baking dish to form an even base layer.

    Whisk together coconut, condensed milk, lime zest, and lime juice until smooth.

    Spread coconut mixture over crust, press flat with the back of a spoon.

    Refrigerate at least 10 minutes until set firm to the touch.
