Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 2 limes lime, zested and juiced
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

    Mix graham crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until the texture resembles wet sand.

    Press the mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch parchment-lined baking pan, creating an even base.

    Blend condensed milk, softened cream cheese, and coconut until smooth, ~90 seconds.
