Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour the 0.5 cup lemon juice, 0.75 cup coconut milk, and 0.75 cup water into a large pitcher or blender.

    Add the 3 tablespoons sugar to the pitcher and stir vigorously with a spoon until the sugar fully dissolves and you see no gritty grains at the bottom, about 45 seconds.
