Ingredients
- 4 slices rye bread
- 6 oz corned beef, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sauerkraut, drained
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 3 tbsp Russian dressing
- 1 tbsp butter, softened

Spread Russian dressing on two rye slices. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese on each.

Top with remaining rye. Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.

Heat a skillet over medium-high until water droplets sizzle immediately, ~90 seconds.

Place sandwiches in the skillet. Cook 3–4 minutes until bread is golden and crispy.

Flip carefully and cook the other side 2–3 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
