Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced small
- 2 stalks celery, diced small
- 1 lb waxy potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1.5 lb cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
