Ingredients
- 3 whole ripe avocados
- 1 whole (juiced) lime
- 1 whole (minced) jalapeño
- 3 tbsp (chopped) fresh cilantro
- ½ tsp salt

Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop flesh into a bowl.

Mash with a fork until creamy with small chunks remaining (do not overwork).

Add lime juice immediately to prevent browning.

Fold in jalapeño, cilantro, and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning.
