Ingredients

  • 3 whole avocados, ripe
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 whole jalapeño
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

    Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop flesh into a bowl.

    Mash with a fork until mostly smooth with some small chunks remaining.

    Squeeze lime juice over the mash and stir to combine.

    Mince jalapeño finely and fold into the guacamole with cilantro and salt.

    Taste and adjust lime juice and salt. Serve immediately or press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent browning.
