Classic Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 whole ripe avocados
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 whole Roma tomato
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

    Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl.

    Mash with a fork until creamy with small soft chunks remaining.

    Dice the tomato into 1/4-inch pieces and add to the bowl.

    Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add salt.

    Chop cilantro and stir gently until combined.

    Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed. Serve immediately.
