Ingredients
- ½ loaf half-loaf white bread (about 12 inches)
- 150 g polony sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 100 g cooked beef, sliced thin
- 100 g cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
- 150 g frozen fries or crinkle-cut chips
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce (or ketchup)
- 2 clove garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Slice the bread in half lengthwise to create two flat surfaces for assembly.

Stir together tomato sauce, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp olive oil until smooth.

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook polony slices 2–3 minutes per side until edges brown and crisp.

Spread tomato-garlic sauce generously on both bread halves.

Layer cooked beef and chicken on the bottom half, then top with fried polony.

Fry chips in the same skillet (with remaining 1 tbsp oil) 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring often.

Pile hot fries on top of the meat layer, then close the sandwich with the top bread half.
