Ingredients

  • ½ loaf half-loaf white bread (about 12 inches)
  • 150 g polony sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 100 g cooked beef, sliced thin
  • 100 g cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • 150 g frozen fries or crinkle-cut chips
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce (or ketchup)
  • 2 clove garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice the bread in half lengthwise to create two flat surfaces for assembly.

  2. 2

Stir together tomato sauce, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp olive oil until smooth.

  3. 3

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook polony slices 2–3 minutes per side until edges brown and crisp.

  4. 4

Spread tomato-garlic sauce generously on both bread halves.

  5. 5

Layer cooked beef and chicken on the bottom half, then top with fried polony.

  6. 6

Fry chips in the same skillet (with remaining 1 tbsp oil) 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring often.

  7. 7

Pile hot fries on top of the meat layer, then close the sandwich with the top bread half.

  8. 8

Wrap tightly in foil to hold everything together. Serve immediately.
