Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 8 slices brioche or challah bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- ⅛ tsp salt

Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon butter.
