Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 cups croutons, store-bought or homemade

Instructions

    Whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, 0.5 tsp salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
