Ingredients

  • 8 strips bacon strips
  • 4 slices bread slices
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 medium tomato, ripe
  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

    Cook bacon in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

    Toast bread slices in the skillet or a toaster until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

    Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.

    Layer tomato slices on 2 bread slices and season with salt and pepper.
