Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 ribs celery, diced
  • 1.5 lbs lobster meat, cooked and chunked
  • 3 cups chicken or seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Melt butter in a heavy pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and celery.

    Sauté until vegetables are soft and translucent, stirring occasionally, ~5 minutes.

    Pour in stock. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add lobster meat.

    Simmer gently for 10 minutes to let flavors blend.

    Remove from heat. Stir in heavy cream until the surface looks glossy.
