Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 whole avocado, ripe
- 2 whole oranges or grapefruits, segmented
- 3 tbsp passion fruit pulp (or passion fruit juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp honey or agave

Wash and spin dry the salad greens. Arrange them on a plate or in a bowl.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and slice the flesh. Fan the slices over the greens.
