Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups cooked white rice (short- or medium-grain)
  • 1 stick cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries

Instructions

    Pour whole milk and condensed milk into a medium pot. Add cinnamon stick and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

    Stir in cooked rice and raisins. Simmer, stirring often, until creamy and thickened, about 8–10 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract. Discard cinnamon stick.

    Divide pudding into bowls. Top with fresh strawberries and serve warm or chilled.
