Ingredients
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for rolling)

Heat cream and butter in a small saucepan over medium until steaming, ~2 minutes.

Pour over chopped chocolate in a bowl. Let sit 1 minute without stirring.

Stir until smooth and glossy. Add vanilla and salt, then stir until combined.

Chill mixture until scoopable but not rock-hard, 15–20 minutes.

Scoop 1-inch portions onto parchment. Chill again for 10 minutes until firm.
