Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Divide oats, milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, and salt evenly between two jars.

  2. 2

Stir each jar until the cocoa powder dissolves completely and no lumps remain.

  3. 3

Cover both jars and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.

  4. 4

Stir the oats in the morning. If too thick, add milk 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency.

  5. 5

Eat cold straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl. Top with banana slices or chocolate chips if desired.
